These Terms of Service govern your use of Axionix Systems LLC websites, portals, products, training content, and consulting services. By using our sites or services, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

Axionix Systems provides practical technology support, security basics, website and portal guidance, training resources, and related products. Specific deliverables, timelines, support obligations, and fees are governed by the written order, subscription, statement of work, or engagement terms that apply to that service.

Important: General website content, training modules, audits, reports, and recommendations are informational. They do not guarantee security, compliance, availability, or the absence of vulnerabilities.

Authorized use

You may only submit domains, systems, business information, employee rosters, or other assets that you own or are authorized to provide. Attempts to misuse portals, bypass validation, access another customer's data, or interfere with service operation may result in suspension or termination.

Training portals

Axionix Security Training is a lightweight awareness training tool for small businesses. Certificates and completion reports document participation in the module shown. They are not a formal compliance certification, guarantee of employee behavior, or substitute for a complete security program.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions, one-time products, and consulting work are billed according to the terms shown at purchase or in the applicable written agreement. Subscription access may be limited by employee count, plan status, or payment status.

Third-party services

Some services rely on third-party platforms for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, storage, analytics, or operational tooling. Those providers may process data as needed to operate the service.

Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our websites, portals, product features, validation methods, reporting formats, or pricing as our services evolve.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axionix Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from missed findings, security incidents, downtime, data loss, business interruption, or third-party service failures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
